The relationship between the “ Chair”, time and place and competition struggle : for some power position  has become an endgame, a prize to be won, not a responsibility or burden to be carried, a duty to  serving the others. For others, being in a position of authority is, first and foremost, a source of income, a way to be become  famous and gain international reputation. For them, ministership is not to serve the people, but rather to take pleasure in power.  Others struggle for power for personal pride, given that power ( The Chair) contributes to bring society and family together, create a  base for stability as solid as the one who takes the power ( sits on the “ chair”).

They say power position has an irresistible attraction, the reason why everyone seeks to reach the highest position of authority and fulfill his goal. Whoever takes power must be wise, controlled  and fair-minded and understand that with great power comes great responsibility. Good ruler  must be like those who, when   given power, will use it to make a difference that benefits a lot of needy and poor people.  Indeed, when the  righteous  are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan. In addition, reaching the highest power position honesty through determination, dedication, uprightness of character and a genuine desire to serve others can only be majestic and comforting.  To be successful, we must realize that when the will is ready the feet are light, and that a vow is fixed and unalterable determination to do a thing, when such a determination is related to something noble which can only uplift the man who makes the resolve. Because, willingness is essential in any initiation or in making any dream come true, self-discipline combined with honesty will open countless doors for successful individual and society as well.
