The concept of the Museum of Sound is to turn the former radio broadcast building in Adliya which was built in the 1970’s into a museum which houses the history of radio in Bahrain. Visitors can discover the radio archive of Bahrain, the first country in the GCC to have a radio station, and see the old recording studios. There will also be a garden which will be like an oasis for visitors to enjoy the building amidst the urban congestion.
