The Third Installation: The Waiting, Women Daily Routine on Land

During the Pearling season, the entire adult male population was absent, leaving women to take care of the household and secure daily needs. This installation honors the key role of women in daily life on the island by specifically highlighting the process of milling grains used as a metaphor for their patience, struggle, and yearning.
