Japanese Traditional Drum Performance - Taiko ensemble “MIYABI” at the Cultural Hall, in Cooperation with the Japanese Embassy
The fervent and vivid cultural activities and events of the t4th Edition of the Spring of Culture Festival continue to attract many lovers every day. Hence, Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities, in collaboration with the Embassy of Japan in the Kingdom of Bahrain, will present the first show of the Japanese “The Taiko ensemble, “MIYABI”, on 3 March 2019, at the Cultural Hall at 8:00pm. The second show performance will be repeated on 4 March 2019 at the same time. Free admission.
the Cultural Hall audience will certainly be mesmerized by “The Taiko ensemble, “MIYAB, a Japanese music group, where the powerful sound of the Taiko is combined with other Japanese instruments such as Shinobue (Japanese flute). The group covers not only traditional Japanese tracks, but also extends their repertoire on modern, recent Pop music.
