Bahrain Culture Authority Congratulates Qassem Haddad for Winning  International film magazine CULT CRITIC Award “The Last Door’s Hour”

 

Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities has congratulated the brilliant success made by movie working team of  “Qassem Haddad .. The Last Door’s Hour, directed by Bahraini Khalid Al-Rowaie, after winning the  prestigious JEAN LUC GODARD award. (the best of the best), organized by Cult Critic Movie Awards™ (CCMA, which  is an International Live Screening Film Festival organized by a leading international film magazine Cult Critic Movie Awards. The Bahraini was acclaimed by critics and the public at this year edition, in which  more than 3500 films took part in the award winning competition by filmmakers from 140 countries.
 
Commenting on this important event, Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities has highlighted the importance of Bahraini creative experiences’ transfer and talents in international cultural events, shedding lights on local talents ‘gifted powers to reach the sky. In addition, Culture & Arts Directorate lauded this outstanding achievement of Bahraini cinema director, Mr. Khalid Al-Rowaie and his effective and fruitful participation at the Bahraini cultural scene, wishing “Qassem Haddad .. The Last Door’s Hour” movie bright success and honorable aims, introducing the world to Qassim Haddad’s literary, intellectual and creative gifts.

The movie has won many international renowned prizes, such as the latest Barcelona International Film Festival- Best Director. Worth to mention that the scenario of  “Qassem Haddad .. The Last Door’s Hour” movie is written by Mr. Khalid Al-Rowaie, music composition by artist Khalid Al-Sheikh and Huda Abdullah. The casting of the movie include also Nesrine Sharif, distribution and mixing by Ashraf Mahroos and Abdullah Abdulmajeed, screening management by Ahmad Busheeri, lighting by Abudlrahman al Romaihi and Noor Redha and sound management by Yousef al Jafan. Studio Anne Fox hosted  montage and production of visual effects designed by Mohammad Salem, with Hussein Al-Rufaie as administrative production team manager.
