Bahrain Culture Authority held a Farewell Honoring Ceremony for its Legal Counsellor, Mr. Mohammad Jbara

The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities held a farewell honoring ceremony for Mr. Muhammad Jbara, the Authority’s Legal Counsellor, on 7 August 2020, at its headquarters.

 Her Excellency Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa expressed her gratitude for Professor Muhammad Jbara’s years of work that were characterized by professionalism, dedication and sincerity in supporting the cultural movement in Bahrain, stressing how Professor Muhammad Jbara will certainly never be forgotten and how his lasting imprint on the achievements of the Authority and its various projects will endure.

Worth to mention that Mr.Jbara has a BA in Literature, a BA in Law Studies from the University of Khartoum, Sudan. Mr. Jbara has graduated also from the University of London with Master of Laws, and holds DESS from the University of Geneva. He occupied many legal highly ranked positions, working as the Sudanese Ministry of Justice’s Legal Advisor and Projects’ Counselor at Dar Al-Mal Al-Islami Trust, a Geneva, and Switzerland-based Islamic financial group. Mr. Jbara has also worked in many international organizations and schools. Later, he joined the Ministry of Information, Bahrain, as Intellectual Property Law Counsellor, before moving to the Ministry of Culture and occupy the position of a Legal Counselor at the end of his professional career with Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities.
