Minister of Culture Receives Four Seasons Hotel Delegation

As excitement continues to build around the opening of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay,  H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa, Minister of Culture, received Mr. Greg Pirkle as the property’s General Manager and his assistant, Mr. Mohammad Barakat, on June 11, 2014.  

During the meeting,  Mr. Greg Pirkle as the property’s General Manager and his assistant, Mr. Mohammad Barakat thanked H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa, Minister of Culture for the warm welcome and assured that  Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay will be the focal point of the development, occupying the entire central island. Both guests hailed the declaration of Manama as Capital of Asian Tourism 2014, which reflects Bahrain's cultural and tourism asset.

The two officials expressed their delight at the opening of the Four Seasons Hotel in December 2015, hailing Bahrain's cultural and tourism momentum.

H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa praised the new strategy adopted by the Ministry of Culture to increase hotel occupancy through organizing many events, exhibitions and concerts, which would attract tourists and visitors. H.E also said that  The Four Seasons Hotel, Bahrain Bay is the latest addition to the global network of hotels which are at the forefront of the hospitality industry. In each hotel, dedicated staff make every stay a luxurious pleasure for business and leisure travelers alike. The minister also commended the efforts of the officials and staff to open the hotel, affirming Bahrain's drive to promote the tourism industry and support hotels for their key role in attracting tourists and creating an attractive environment.
