Minister of Culture Receives Visionaires Chairman and Artists
Culture Minister Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received Chairman of Visionaries Development Institution, Shaikh Khalifa bin Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Ali Bin Khalid Al Araifi, accompanied by the three artists who briefed her on the Visionaries' activities and achievements in the field of youth’s talents development on 17 June 2014. Announcing "Success Stories by Visionaries", Chau-Giang Thi Nguyen, Maribel Lieberman and Selima Salaun shared their unique success stories in a compelling one-time event moderated by Visionaries Chairman H.E Shaikh Khalifa bin Khalid Al Khalifa.
H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammad Al-Khalifa, stressed the need to support new challenging cultural events, highlighting Bahraini youth talents and creativity and encouraging them to develop their skills to contribute to Bahrain development process. H.E affirmed her keenness of to promote civil society organizations and to activate Bahraini youth role in serving the community.
Visionaries Chairman commended the Minister of Culture's interest in Bahraini youth, noting the government support provided for enhancing youth talents for the benefit in the interest of Bahrain development process. world renowned French-Vietnamese pianist, composer, humanitarian and artist Chau-Giang Thi Nguyen, performed an outstanding concert at the Cultural Hall on Monday 16 June.
