Bahrain Culture Authority Takes Part in Cairo International Book Fair, Celebrating its “ Golden Jubilee”
Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities, as it gives great importance to attend the biggest regional cultural events and meetings, is taking part in the 50th edition of Cairo International Book Fair, presenting a number of books, new local publications during this cultural meeting, which will run until 5 February 2019.
Bahrain Authority for Culture & Antiquities pavilion will feature all kinds of different literary and cultural publications, especially those translated titles and books produced by Knowledge Transfer Project, as well as other diverse cultural publications.
Indeed, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inaugurated on Tuesday 22 January 2019 the Golden Jubilee the Cairo International Book Fair, in the presence of many culture minters and high officials from Egypt and abroad.
The Cairo International Book Fair, welcoming the Arab League as the Guest of Honor of the fair this year, is an excellent opportunity to enhance the role of books and literary and culture publications in raising awareness about the collective intellectual civilsational thinking. The fair is also considered as a prominent cultural platform to exchange experiences, expertise, and discover the latest cultural tendencies in participating countries.
