H.E Shaikha Mai Receives Bahrain’s Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman

H.E Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, President of Bahrain’s Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) received, on 29 November 2021, His Excellency Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Sultanate of Oman Bahraini Ambassador to Oman. The two sides discussed ways to enhance cultural relations between the two brotherly countries.

H.E Shaikha Mai Bint Mohammed Al-Khalifa said during the meeting that both countries enjoy strong historical relations at various levels, noting the importance of cultural work in building bridges of civilizational communication, strengthening the national identity and showing the world the region's outstanding and unique ancient cultural components. H.E praised the Sultanate of Oman’s constant presence in the cultural scene through many organized events in Bahrain, appreciating its continuous participation in many annual cultural seasons.

His Excellency Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi hailed BACA’s efforts to enhance and strengthen Bahraini-Omani relations, asserting that BACA’s projects have certainly contributed to cordial entente between both countries. Dr. Al Kaabi expressed his constant readiness to work and cooperate with BACA to achieve joint cultural projects between the two brotherly nations.
